Christine Woodward

Christine Woodward is recently retired from the Samish Indian Nation where she worked as the Director of Natural Resources for 17 years. During that time, she served on the Skagit MRC and took her turn at helm of the Northwest Straits Commission as chair for 2 years and was also the representative several times for the MRC and chair of the MRC.  Christine also serves as the vice chair for the Portage Bay Shellfish Protection District and has lived in Bellingham since 1989. She grew up in Richland, Washington and has lived in Wyoming, Montana and Alaska.
