This meeting will begin in person in Whatcom County at Wildcat Cove (300 Cove Rd. Bellingham, WA 98229). You will need a state park pass or to contact info@nwstraits.org if you do not have one. The meeting will end the Whatcom County Public Works Building in the basement meeting room (322 N Commercial St. Bellingham WA, 98225). Please find street parking and enter the building on the street side through the stairs that lead to the basement meeting room.
