Jessica Owens is the Communications Coordinator for the Northwest Straits Commission. Originally from a small town near Hershey, PA, she earned a B.S. in English and Graphic Design from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She has over 20 years of communications experience including work with K-12 public relations and environmental nonprofits.
