Hotels
We are excited to be working with the Fairfield Inn and Suites this year that are providing us with accommodations for the 2025 annual conference. Please read carefully the information below regarding hotels:
Please coordinate with your MRC Staff for hotel reservations and reimbursement prior to registering for any lodging. We have reserved a room block at the Fairfield Inn (9384 Old Highway 99 North, Burlington, WA 98233) at the per diem rate.

If you prefer to stay at a hotel or other accommodation in or near La Conner, you are welcome to do so. Please note that if you reserve a room elsewhere, you will only be reimbursed for the per diem rate if the accommodation exceeds per diem. Current per diem is $110/night in Skagit County. Please be aware that peer-to-peer lodging (such as AirBnB) is not reimbursable from your MRC grant, and any additional costs associated with bringing a guest are not reimbursable.
Breakfast
We will not be serving breakfast at the conference. Many of the lodging options (including the Fairfield) provide breakfast. We will have coffee, tea, pastries, and light snacks for the morning. Please plan accordingly for your own breakfast needs. Please coordinate with your MRC Staff about meal reimbursement prior to attending. The Fairfield Inn serves a full buffet and continental hot breakfast from Monday-Friday 6:00-9:00 AM; Saturday-Sunday 7:00-10:00 AM. We encourage you to take advantage of this and other options in the area!
