Phil Salditt is the Snohomish MRC representative the Commission. Phil has lived in Mukilteo for more than 25 years and cares deeply about the health of Puget Sound. He volunteers with the Snohomish County MRC (since 2021) and serves on the Northwest Straits Foundation board (since 2022), supporting shared efforts to protect and restore our marine environment.
Now retired from a career in high tech and healthcare, Phil brings a lifelong focus on improving systems and fostering collaboration. He believes in protecting our shared planet and that diverse perspectives help drive meaningful solutions.
