NW Straits Commission is supported by a dedicated team of eight full‑time staff members and two part‑time staff shared with the Padilla Bay Reserve. Our staff provide a wide range of support for the Commission’s board, committees, and MRCs, including logistics, project planning and implementation, communications, contracting, event coordination, and other organizational needs.
